Overview This is an exciting opportunity to work with an International Brand that is market leader in its [URL Removed] role is ideal if you have a passion for premium consumer lifestyle brands, sales and marketing. Key to this role is being self-motivated, with strong personal leadership and an ability and desire to be in store working at the coal face with customers. The role will allow significant freedom and independence and the applicant will effectively drive all the activity around sales and brand development. Support for the applicant will come directly from owner / shareholder and will be in line with the Global Brand Team. Responsibilities include: Brand Management Key responsibilities as the Brand Manager include: developing and implementing brand strategies to drive growth and gain market share creating and executing marketing campaigns and managing product launches, in line with globalcalendar- analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth working closely with marketing teams (digital and traditional) to ensure campaigns and in-storebrand presence aligns with global brand Sales management /Customer Relationship Management Key responsibilities as the Sales Manager include: developing annual sales plan and sales strategies, including setting sales goals on a per customer level driving revenue, achieving sales targets (as the group not just in ones personal capacity) and monitoring performance against targets building and maintaining relationships with key accounts servicing stores with in-store weekly / monthly call cycle visits on a national level merchandising in-store to ensure brand is presented according to global standards identifying new business opportunities, opening new accounts and sales channels collaborating with marketing team for quarterly product campaigns to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall business objectives involvement in the organisations eshop sales channel This role will report directly into the Director / Owner of the business. There will be complete autonomy and accountability for deliverables. This position may work remotely or from our Rosebank or Cape Town Offices. You will need to be organised, collaborative, analytical, commercially focused and an excellent communicator. The role will require travel on regular basis to major centres (either Cape Town to Jhb) to support the brand. The role extends to both physical and e-commerce customers.
