Brand Representative (Automotive) - Hermanus

Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer relations or sales role, with a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury cars, products, and services.
  • Understanding of the luxury market and up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • A passion for cars and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective prospecting and sales strategies to generate leads and expand our luxury client base within Hermanus, the Overstrand, and surrounding areas.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and marketing initiatives.
  • Proactively network and engage with potential clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to generate leads and foster business partnerships.
  • Coordinate service delivery for existing and new clients in Hermanus and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through personalized interactions, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
  • Represent our dealership at events and networking functions.
