ENVIRONMENT: Our client who is a prominent provider of CRM and Contact Centre solutions in Southern Africa. They are the pioneers of cutting-edge technology within the industry, serving an enthusiastic customer demographic. They are currently in search of a Test and Build Engineer to augment their team. The ideal candidate should possess a tertiary qualification, certification in Test Engineering, as well along with demonstrated proficiency in Testing and Quality Assurance. REQUIREMENTS: 1-2 years in the following: Manual Testing and Quality Assurance Communication Skills Problem Solving Odoo Functional Knowledge Data Analysis User Training Change Management SQL and Database Understanding Windows and Linux operating systems Collating data and compiling test reports Software troubleshooting Experience in Writing complex software testing procedures/cases Contact Centre Technologies Experience in PBX Skills: Proficiency in Testing and Quality Assurance Familiarity with Odoo Functional Knowledge Competency in Data Analysis Ability to provide User Training Understanding of Change Management Knowledge of SQL and Database Understanding Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems Ability to collate data and compile test reports Strong Software troubleshooting skills Capability to write complex software testing procedures/cases Familiarity with Contact Centre Technologies Experience with PBX systems Education: Tertiary Qualification Test Engineering Certification ATTRIBUTES: Strong Communication Skills Excellent Problem-Solving abilities While we would really like to respond to every application, should you not be contacted for this position within 10 working days please consider your application unsuccessful.
