As a Development Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth handover of an 87-unit project. Your responsibilities will include: Building Handover: Collating compliance certificates and handover documentation. Assisting the Marketing Team with client handover packs. Managing apartment handover schedules. Quality Control: Assisting with snagging processes and defect management. Coordinating furniture installations and conducting inspections. Construction and Site Administration: Conducting site inspections and arranging viewings. Managing record-keeping and filing of project information. Assisting with handover pack compilation. Development Administration: Obtaining occupancy certificates and final approvals. Assisting with due diligence on potential sites. Compiling meeting minutes and reconciling furniture packages. Key Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong administrative abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Positive and professional attitude. Own transport required. Ability to self-manage under pressure. Minimum 3 years' experience in the property industry preferred.
