A Multidisciplinary Civil Engineering Contractor requires the following: We are looking for a competent Building Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at the construction site. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, the foreman will be a key person for the completion of a project. The building foreman must have a solid background in the field. and their leadership skills and extensive experience must have earned them the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. They must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else. N3 / N4. Labour Intensive Certificat (NQF4). Any additional qualifications will be an advantage. Minimum of 10 years' work experience as a Concrete Foreman; Knowledge / Expertise of the following: Project Construction Management Bulk Earthworks Civil Structures Water Engineering; and Piping Construction Sound knowledge of standard specifications Contractual exposure beneficial Salary negotiable and position available immediatly.
