MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Relevant tertiary qualification essential 10 Years’ experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Valid driver’s license. Experience in managing a team, and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures. Knowledgeable of Health & Safety policies and procedures. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to plan and monitor budgets. Computer Literate. MAIN DUTIES: Responsible for the management, maintenance, and upgrading of all the facilities, property, and infrastructure. Compile annual Maintenance Plan. Manage a team of people, including contractors. Plan and monitor budgets. Health & Safety.
