Building Manager - Rustenburg
Requirements Degree or National Diploma in Building Management 5 years in an infrastructure or facilities supervisory or management position experience 5 years post trade working experience Registered member with SAFMA or similar or an engineering association Experience in maintaining and repairing emergency power backup systems, and all electrical and mechanical production equipment Experience in Project Management Experience in managing contractors and suppliers Experience in conducting 6 - 12 month planning of activities to support new business targets and growth Proficient in MS Office Suite, IFS and Pragma KPA Deliver Infrastructure Preventative Maintenance Plans Maintained Infrastructure Infrastructure Project Plans and Implementation Infrastructure Compliance Standards and Governance People Management Budget Management Stakeholder Management
