As a Building Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of building construction projects, ensuring accurate costing, budgeting, and cost control. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and cost plans for building construction projects Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and provide accurate cost forecasts for materials, labor, and equipment Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and assess potential risks, ensuring cost-effective solutions Monitor project progress and financial performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain budget adherence Analyze and validate claims for variations and adjust budgets accordingly Prepare and present reports on cost variations, project performance, and financial metrics Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Building Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of cost control, cost planning, and project management techniques Proficiency in computer-aided estimating software and Microsoft Office suite Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate with project stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines Benefits Salary: negotiable Performance Bonas Health Insurance RPO Recruitment focuses on helping you reach your personal and professional goals by connecting you to your perfect career path.
