Business Analyst Cape Town Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with 3-5 years' experience that will need to forge deep relationships with internal clients and other external stakeholders to maximize the productivity of the team and deliver exceptional service. Salary: Negotiable Minimum Requirements: Matric Relevant degree. Studying towards CFA/CFP an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel. MIS stats, ASISA, QlikView, IRESS, Fund Research Tool, etc. Main Responsibilities Responsible for process management and day-to-day aspects of the channel. Maintain the CRM/MIS system and process-plan. Drive and improve operational efficiencies in the team. Be able to extract insightful information for reporting independently.
