About the Role Job Title : Business Analyst (SaaS/Business Consulting) Start Date : Immediately Location : Cape Town (Preferred) Job Type : Full Time | Hybrid Salary : R20 000 - R35 000 CTC per month Requirements BSc or BEng degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Computer Science) Highly digitally literate with ability to work effectively on a variety of appropriate media and software programmes Team Player: assist and contribute to all aspects of the company as required Responsibilities Receive and execute on client briefs with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism Establishing effective coordination, communication and good rapport with all stakeholders: Customers, Partners, Suppliers and Team members Solution Building: become an expert in Smartsheet and ClicData as well as other platforms as needed. Build robust workflow solutions and visual appealing business intelligence which aim to both exceed client expectations and ensure best possible user experience Branding, Marketing & Sales: assist with website and social media updates and participate in marketing presentations as required. Operations: building out and refining solutions to optimise internal workflows Demonstrated experience in building workflow solutions and / or business intelligence (Power BI or equivalent software) About the Company Rocket Business Solutions empowers your digital transformation journey.
