Business Analyst (12 Months) - Bryanston
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts, either seasoned professionals or Senior BAs. Ideal candidates will have expertise in Business Architecture, Business Capability Mapping, and User Stories.
Responsibilities:
• Document IT & Business Processes (This includes)
• Process Mapping - Business process mapping refers to activities involved in defining what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a business process should be completed, and how the success of a business process can be determined.
• Business Rules - A business rule defines or constrains some aspect of business. It may be expressed to specify an action to be taken when certain conditions are true or may be phrased so it can only resolve to either true or false
• Business Requirements (Potential) - Business requirements, also known as stakeholder requirements specifications, describe the characteristics of a proposed system from the viewpoint of the system's end user. Products, systems, software, and processes are ways of how to deliver, satisfy, or meet business requirement

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
• Develop Business Architecture models to guide decision-making.
• Create Business Capability Maps to enhance organizational understanding.
• Craft clear and concise User Stories for development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required.
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Senior role.
• Expertise in Business Architecture principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Business Capability Mapping techniques.
• Proficiency in crafting detailed User Stories for development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with onshore teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
