The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the operational aspects of the EC SA business. This position involves a variety of responsibilities to drive operational excellence, including resource meetings, project reviews, reporting, project assistance, workload forecasting, resource forecasting, and providing ad-hoc operational support. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for performing analyses and reports under direct supervision. Partner and Support the Operations Lead. Preparation and analysis of monthly Business forecasts and updates. Assist in preparation of various business reports and presentations. Prepare and maintain a consolidated utilization tracker and manage monthly forecasts and updates. Assist with monthly resource supply and demand forecasts and reporting. Utilize utilization information to model, analyse, and update the pipeline and ETC files. Attend project reviews to assess project status and ensure backlog information is modelled and analyzed accurately. Support Operations Lead with data analysis for the Monthly Operations Review, including safety, quality, project KPIs, HR, new projects, portfolio performance, resource availability, opportunities, and financial performance. Compile a monthly pipeline report from other regions and discuss it with team leads. Participate and contribute in any other task that may be identified to drive improved business reporting and operational performance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 2 years experience post qualification in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, or similar Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills are essential. Ability to successfully handle large data sets. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
