Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and market insights to develop effective business development strategies. Client Acquisition: Identify and target key clients and decision-makers within the industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services. Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections. Proactively seek and build strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets for potential business opportunities. Develop entry strategies for new markets and collaborate with teams to execute plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Business Development Consultant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Recruitment and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
