Our organization is involved in the marketing of financial products and services of a leading blue-chip company. You will be encouraged and supported to develop you entrepreneur skills and given an opportunity to grow your own business unit. -Build a team of financial advisers -Supervise financial advisers -Weekly one on one meetings with your financial advisers - Provide financial advice to your own clients -Monitor performance of advisers againt set targets, whilst woring towards your own set targets Currently in Financial Services and was FA / Manager You have the necessary credits and qualifications (NQF5 and RE) for a financial advisor Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in financial services- must be out of supervision Entrepreneurial skills To be discussed if shortlisted and invited for an interview
