Responsibilities As part of the Snacks, Food and Beverages business, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Achieving maximum Revenue profitability, volume growth and Channel penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment (Forecourts, TTM, HORECA - Speciality, Wholesale or by effectively selling the company's products) Establishing and maintaining contact strategy with internal and external stakeholders. Direct contacts with customers and secure a new business and following up in new business opportunities (sell through - after 3 months) 5-15 case customers Key KPI's (see minimum 35 customers -Max 40), to grow customers and move to 20 case to Key Accounts Communicate to and educate all customers in Category Management Systems and become the snack category champion within area of operation Implementation of Golden Store Successfully executing promotional campaigns. Demonstrate an understanding of Make Move Sell Liaising with external merchandising services to achieve the most effective merchandising practices/principles. Increase Market share% Qualifications What will qualify you for the role: 5-7 current experience in Sales/Business Development in the enterprise Degree educated or equivalent industry experience and accreditation A deep understanding of marketing principles and great negotiation skills The ideal candidate should bring with them strong customer management, networking sales background and significant connections in sales Arena Should have extensive FMCG experience Must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of achievement. Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team. Integrity, Intelligence, "I can do it" attitude. Strong motivation for closing business and meeting sales targets. Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Outstanding presentation skills required.
