Main purpose of the role is to drive sales, by generating new business focusing on the selling of learnerships, short courses and skills programmes. Your role: Business Development, Sales and Marketing (Business growth)DRIVE SALES and secure new business.Follow-up on client leads.Establish, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across designated portfolios.Contact potential clients through telephonic sales, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.Achieve and exceed monthly targets and close deals.Development and management of a sales database.Develop business with existing clients.Develop new business for the company.Prepare and present sales proposals to new and existing clients in order to negotiate and close deals.Prepare and present quotations to potential new clients.Report on sales activity (new business development and achievements).Assist the sales team to secure new business by providing specialist training & development knowledge.Direct the business in respect of identified market needs and appropriate product offerings. Client Relationship ManagementManage and develop client relationships.Manage customer satisfaction.Identify client needs and develop appropriate solutions.Maintain and grow existing business.Engage regularly with clients. To thrive in this role you will need:University degree or equivalent in higher Education.Valid Drivers Licence and own transport3-5yrs external sales/business development experience in a similar industry or role is required.Thorough understanding of Learnership processes.Education, training & development specific knowledge.Knowledge of ISO and the relevant SETA systems.Working knowledge of MS office and SETA LMS.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication skills.Able to develop long term client relationships.Willingness to travel.
