In this pivotal role, you will lead, direct, and manage our Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments, spearheading the development of branded activities in South Africa and beyond.

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience, ideally in Sales, Marketing, or Business Unit Management.

  • Background in the Medical Device Field and knowledge of industry trends preferred.

  • Team Leadership: Directly manage the Management Team comprising Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments. Collaborate closely with the HR and Finance Manager, both of whom report to the Country Manager.
  • Financial Oversight: Assume full PL responsibility for the respective departments within the South African subsidiary.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor performance against agreed objectives, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
  • Operational Excellence: Strategize, design, implement, and oversee operational processes aimed at enhancing productivity and driving growth.
  • Sales Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Marketing Strategy along with tactical plans, grounded in thorough market understanding and analysis.
  • Key Account Management: Assume direct sales responsibility for Key Accounts, aiding in both the development of existing accounts and the pursuit of new prospects.
  • Team Management: Effectively manage employee activities through collaboration and coaching, ensuring the continual development of team members.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Align with and support the "Universal Renal Care Team" in South Africa, fostering a culture of collaboration and synergy.
