An established international manufacturer of specialised agrochemicals and fertilisers requires an experienced Business Analyst to analyse and develop business processes, identify needs, and recommend solutions to help the organisation improve its efficiency and achieve goals. Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a tertiary education, ideally Industrial Engineering Minimum 4 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis, with knowledge of ERP systems will be required Proven experience in business intelligence analysis, reporting, and visualization is essential Must be proficient in tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Office, SQL, and SAP The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards to support operations, finance, and technical teams. Collaborating with internal teams to identify data needs and developing relevant reporting and visualization solutions. Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Creating detailed business process maps and workflows, focusing on optimizing business processes. Identifying key data that drives decisions and success. Conducting analysis and providing insights based on available data to support decision-making processes. Analysing business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to enhance business intelligence capabilities. Continuously improving data quality, accuracy, and integrity within the business intelligence system. Identifying opportunities for continuous process and system improvements. Collaborating with the technical team to explore innovative ways of capturing and integrating data. Developing financial and operational dashboards from SAP.
