An Agritalent client, a leading Northern Cape agribusiness, The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Collecting, analysing, and understanding business users' data and analytics requirements and translating these requirements into analytics technical solutions that meet the relevant business objectives. • To ensure alignment between business, data product owners, data and analytics teams and produce a comprehensive functional specification from business requirements by maintaining a high level of in-depth knowledge related to analytics and other relevant data concepts. • Run and distribute standard daily and weekly reports to specific users in the business • Develop and architect reporting models and solutions • Maintaining data storage, assess database design and gather, organize and interpret statistical information based on the data in the database • Use administration tools to manage system parameters, bookmarks and shared files • Knowledge and use of data analysis • Automation of manual processes • Analytical feedback to improve business productivity • Improve the top line business understanding and decision-making processes by collecting, analysing, and reporting data to the various business departments Applicants must have: • Minimum Grade 12 • At least 5 years experience in a reporting/analysis role • Experience in and understanding of database structure • Database design and data extraction principles • Excellent communication skills
