CyberPro is working with a leading Financial Institution that is urgently seeking Intermediate - Senior Business Process Analysts:

Business Case development including benefits tracking and investment appraisal
Business Requirement Specification and Functional Requirements specification development
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
Budgeting and forecasting
Planning and monitoring
Variance analysis, Pricing and Reporting
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Overseeing the development and implementation of programs
Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams
Understand company needs to define system specifications
Plan and design the structure of a technology solution
Communicate system requirements to software development teams
Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
Oversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
Process Re-engineering
Blueprint documentation development
Business Requirement Specification and Technical Specifications including Dashboards, Reports, Interfaces, Customisation, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow items and system Implementation
