We're on the lookout for a Business Process Engineer to integrate new initiatives smoothly by acting as a bridge between business and the SAP solution specifically financial business processes. The preferred candidate must be able to apply the full SAP project life cycle methodology, including blueprinting and GAP analysis, configuration, documentation, interface integration, testing, training, deployment, stabilisation and hyper care support when implementing initiatives. We are open to developing the right candidate who might not meet the full requirements of the position. As a Business Process Engineer , you will be responsible to : Engage with the business to gather and analyse business requirements related to financial accounting processes and system capabilities Troubleshoot production issues by providing support for finance business processes and identify suitable IT solutions Define gaps between business requirements and as-is solutions and identify and implement custom solutions ,ensuring alignment with industry best practices and adherence to statutory reporting requirements. Translate functional requirements (change requests) into SAP system configurations and development, leveraging your technical and process-based expertise in SAP FICO module. (Re) Configure and customize the SAP FICO module (including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost element accounting, and profit centre accounting), interfaces, and additional tools based on business requirements. Create understanding around technical aspects of the SAP system, including data structures, interfaces, and security considerations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies, solutions, modules, and integration points. Provide support for documentation, testing, training, incident management, and education for local key users. What are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or a related equivalent with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a Finance role. 5 years' experience with SAP FI in a project environment coupled with experience in implementing the full project life cycle Advanced knowledge of SAP FI including AP, AR, GL, FA and treasury. Knowledge of FI integration points with other key modules : SD, MM, PP and HR. Knowledge of Account Determination Integration of SAP MM with SAP FI. Knowledge of SAP workbench, LSMW and IDOC-processing. What's in it for you?
