Butchers Assistant - Somerset West
Established retail company in Somerset West is looking for a Butcher’s Assistant Requirements: · Candidate must have previous butchery work experience in a retail environment of 5 years. · Must be skilled in meat preparation and cutting techniques. · Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. · Prepare and package meat and meat products for sale. · Assist in packing display fridges attractively to enhance sales. · Ensure counters are packed to desired levels, eye catching and appetizing for customers. · Be diligent in ensuring there is no wastage during processing and packing of meats and when serving customers. · Assist other operational areas when required as teamwork is essential. · Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by management. · Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, punctual and of sober habits. · Be a hard worker and have a friendly and pleasant disposition.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY EXPIRIENCE.
