Butchery Manager Summary of responsibilities This position will be responsible for dealing with customers, run promotions, receive stock acceptable standard and take weekly perpetual stock take. This position will be responsible for knowing exactly the different cuts of meat. Minimum Requirements Must have matric (Grade 12)Butcher introduction course or meat technician course.
