Our client in the Food and Beverage industry is currently looking for a Butchery Admin Manager , in Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal. Create purchase orders for stock required. Receiving of stock; ensure bulk stock checks are conducted, receive deliveries from relevant suppliers with security present. Checks and ensures invoice information contains accurate information as in accordance with stock received, checks the quality of stock received, damages, expirations, and shortages. Checks on stock rotation within Cold Rooms. Inter-department transfers. Daily Pre-production. Assist with all staff related admin; rosters, leave forms, HR matters, etc. Assist with weekly stock takes. Control and capture wastage. Grade 12 (Matric) Can work under pressure and meet deadlines. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent administration skills. 3 - 4 years' experience in a similar role within the Butchery Department. R15 000 – R18 000 per month.
