Responsibilities: Attend to internal requisitions, stock and daily buy-outs Sourcing suppliers Sourcing spares, pricing, delivery, and quality Liaising with suppliers Create purchase orders, arrange spares deliveries, and logistics Create stock codes onto Bluebox Manage van stock, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually Cyclically stock counts, stock levels, vehicle stock, and standby stock Manage trends on stores issues and buy outs Manage supplier guarantees and warranties Process credit returns / credit queries Process transfers of stock Preparing quotation requests / pricing Monitor store man Relief store man duties Requirements Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience essential (Construction and Electrical) Grade 12 Qualification Handle extreme pressure in a service – delivery sector Experience on Bluebox program will be advantageous Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
