Must have International experience within Buying/Procurement/Imports of Raw Materials and export of finished product worldwide.Minimum 3 years local and international buying/logistics (imports/exports) supervisory experience within a Manufacturing Company.Local and International Buying Ensure entire order is delivered as per P/O Ensure correct documentation has been received Ensure quality and pricing have been checked for acceptable standards and competitiveness Expedite and follow up with suppliers to schedule deliveries, resolve material, value discrepancy, and outstanding and overdue delivery of orders, warranty claims, repairs and damage, and return of materials Sourcing of new materials and alternatives to current products, in order to mitigate supply challenges Maintain supplier price list folder monthly Complete credit applications for new supplier accounts General Price negotiation with entire supply chain Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations Sourcing & provision of costings of ad-hoc goods, materials, components or services Inventory analysis Excel based MRP monthly Update of monthly general pricing of products for sales department Forward planning on procurement (local & cross border) Monthly stock take participation for all departments Assist management with special projects on occasion Halaal & Kosher Management FSSC supplier compliance FSSC Team member (document attached) Any reasonable Ad-Hoc requirement from the line-manager and/or senior management R 30000 - R 50000 - Monthly
