We are seeking full time Emergency Calltakers to join our Team Calltakers are the first people that a caller interacts with when reporting emergencies Key Requirements• proven call center experience with good Computer skills, email, internet etc• ability to effectively control a conversation with emergency callers and make lifesaving decisions with clear direction and advise• ability to speak English clearly and fluently.
