Call Center Manager - Cape Town City Centre
Functions:
Lead a team of Sales Agents and Team Leaders, providing guidance, support, and hands-on coaching
Develop a proper workforce plan where resources are allocated effectively to skills pools
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals, in order to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Design and execute training programs to enhance the sales team's skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities
Generate reports on sales performance and evaluations of agent / team productivity; to present to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a sales team, preferably in a BPO environment
Experience with sales and call center reporting, as well as financial analysis
Highly motivational manager, who is energetic and passionate in guiding people
