Call Center Manager - Cape Town City Centre

Functions:

  • Lead a team of Sales Agents and Team Leaders, providing guidance, support, and hands-on coaching
  • Develop a proper workforce plan where resources are allocated effectively to skills pools
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals, in order to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Design and execute training programs to enhance the sales team's skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities
  • Generate reports on sales performance and evaluations of agent / team productivity; to present to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a sales team, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Experience with sales and call center reporting, as well as financial analysis
  • Highly motivational manager, who is energetic and passionate in guiding people
