We are seeking a talented Call Centre Agent as well as Call Centre Team Leader to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Call Centre Team Leader Assist in designing debtor engagement processes with the Call Centre Manager. Enforce ethical and transparent work environment. Performance management and disciplinary actions. Facilitate training programs. Set KPIs/KPAs in initial meetings with team members. Monitor and manage call centre productivity. Compile call centre feedback as needed. Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews. Coach underperforming agents. Conduct quality assessments. Manage debtor engagement escalations. Achieve call centre performance KPIs. Create and implement incentive programs. Build sustainable morale and team. Call Centre Agent Contacting Debtors: Initiate contact with individuals or businesses who owe money. Negotiating Payment Plans: Negotiate payment plans or settlements with debtors to resolve outstanding debts. Explaining Terms and Conditions: Clearly explain the terms and conditions of repayment to debtors, including interest rates, deadlines, and consequences of non-payment. Documenting Communication: Keep detailed records of all communication with debtors, including phone calls, emails, and letters. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Updating Information: Update debtor information in the system as needed, including changes in contact information or payment arrangements. Escalating Unresolved Accounts: Escalate unresolved accounts to management or legal teams when necessary. Meeting Targets: Meet collection targets set by the organization, such as monthly quotas or recovery rates. Providing Reports: Generate and provide reports on collection activities, including accounts worked, payments collected, and outstanding balances.
