Company Base in Strydompark (Randburg) is looking for Outbound Call Centre Agents to join their team You are comfortable and excellent on the phone. You are goal-oriented and most importantly, you believe in yourself Join our team to experience exceptional training, mentoring and professional support You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to engage with prospective clients, ask qualifying questions to determine their interest level, and transfer interested leads to sales consultants. All leads wil be provided by the company Previous experience in outbound call centre roles or sales environments will be a bonus but not compulsory. Must have excellent communication skills, both ENGLISH and AFRIKAANS ( verbal and writing ) Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Above Market Related Fixed Basic Salary Commission Incentives
