Looking for a Call Centre Collections Portfolio Manager for a young dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation within the finance industry. MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: To assume responsibility for the Collections function of the organisation – This will include call centre management, campaign design & management with the ultimate measurement being the collections efficiency of the portfolio measured against expected payments from clients. As Collections Portfolio Manager you will have full accountability for improving performance against both qualitative and quantitative metrics, you will take the lead on embedding a coaching culture at all levels and help us deliver a best-in-class offering. That means ensuring people from all disciplines are engaged with their work and developed to achieve their full potential. You will also forecast demand and plan optimal use of resources to ensure the business meets agreed service levels. This will include the increased digitisation of services - deploying technology to manage services such as webchats, SMS and call routing. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. Minimum of 5-years experience in Collections in a management position 2. Proven experience in management of a Collections contact centre 3. Valid driver’s licence. ADVANTAGEOUS 1. Relevant Degree/Diploma. 2. Formal training in Collections management 3. Ability to understand and converse in multiple of the official languages of South Africa Apply Now
