Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls as required. Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate communication Accurately and efficiently enter customer information and interactions into the system. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels. Ensure clear and concise communication with customers and team members. Engage in ongoing learning opportunities provided during the internship. High school diploma or equivalent.
