Our client has an opportunity available for a Call Centre Manager in Direct Sales based in Midrand. Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of systems and workflow processes. Knowledge of Telesales processes, financial services, etc. Responsibilities: Translate business growth targets into sales targets. Develop and implement operating plans in line with sales strategies, policies and procedures. Manage sales activities in line with agreed performance measures and operating budgets. Ensure that call centre processes reflect best practice. Identify training an coaching needs for team members. Provide input into the development of sales strategies, polies and procedures.
