Respond efficiently / accurately to received calls Listens actively, confirm, clarify information to ensure procedural activation of support staff. Constant follow up / feedback on received calls Use software / databases, relevant tools to ensure swift resolution of received calls. Adhere to Company Policies / Procedures Plan / schedule vehicle services Daily / weekly reports Escalate breakdowns with high priority Uphold / maintain Call Centre objectives, performance standards and policies. Oversee duties of Call Centre Employees. Coach, train, motivate Call Centre Employees. Accurate time and attendance reports Housekeeping Matric Minimum 2 Years minimum experience in a Technical / Mechanical environment Understand Truck and Trailer functionality and terms. Shifts (day & night) and weekend work required Strong time management, organizational and decision making skills. Customer orientated and problem solver mindset. Computer literate Excellent written & verbal communication skills Fluent in multiple languages will be an advantage Analytical & attention to detail, efficient and thorough.
