Job Title: Inbound Debt Sales Consultant (Debt Review) Location: Cape Town Salary: R7 500.00 Per Month Job Type: Permanent Sectors: Call Centre Benefits: Travel, Allowance, Commission Reference: 2068690 Vacancy Details Job brief Proactively contacting customers via a phone call daily to collect outstanding debts Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and interactions with customers Analyze customer accounts and plan appropriate course of action to recover outstanding payments Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service during all interactions Use the appropriate collective scripts and other tools t verify clients identity and negotiate with customers to obtain a pay (PTP) or to negotiate the repayments terms which will achieve the best out Although this is scripted sale, you ability to carry a professional conversation and negotiate the client is critical. Requirements At least 2 years debt sales experience; Must have work on international campaigns Performance and target driven; Must have knowledge of debt sales techniques; Great communication skills; Ability to function in a night shift environment. Salary: R7500, increase to R8500, after your first month with us Highly competitive commission structure over and above the R8500 basic salary Rotational shifts Transport is provided as you will be working USA hours.
