What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) As a Business Developer, you'll be the driving force behind the entire sales process at a renewable energy company that provides energy & efficiency solutions. Training will be provided to you. Your days will be filled with engaging existing and potential clients, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions. From drafting compelling presentations to resolving post-sales issues, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. With the opportunity to act as a Brand Ambassador, you'll immerse yourself in marketing initiatives, spreading awareness of our client's offerings and enhancing their market presence. Your experience and relationships with commercial real estate businesses will prove beneficial for this role. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a leading company in the renewable energy sector, specifically energy efficiency and Solar PV, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to their clients. This is an international company and the SA operations include 20 employees split over two regions. The Company is growing and developing and while they're established, they have an entrepreneurial spirit and a dedicated team of awesome employees. Their hours are semi-flexible and after probation you'll be able to work from home two days of the week. What you'll need To thrive in this role, you'll need strong negotiation, closing and sales expertise. Being technically minded will assist you in the training for this role to ensure you'll make a success of the opportunity. A matric qualification is essential, along with proven experience and a successful track record in commercial real estate sales. Your ability to build positive relationships, coupled with your persuasive negotiation skills, will set you apart. Additionally, proficiency in financial modeling would be advantageous.
