Reporting to: Managing Director This is an equity appointment Purpose: To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of the institution in terms of its facilities, staff, growth of the business (sales), overall finances and student service delivery. Key Results: Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets (40%) Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (15%) Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%) To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence (10%) Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students’ achievements correlate with the expectations from industry (10%) Manage performance of Campus staff (5%) Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%) Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%) Requirements 3 year qualification in Business or Sales & Marketing 3 - 5 years’ experience in management activities of a small to middle size company Proven track record in growing sales of a business EE candidate preferred Should you not hear from us within 2 weeks please consider your application as unsuccessful
