- Conducting research regularly and preparing memorandums
- Knowledge/keen interest in commercial and contractual law
- Keeping abreast of amendments to the law
- Work effectively in a team
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally
- Achieving pressurised timelines
- Ensure all submissions are accurate and complete
- The ability to professionally engage with senior management and clients
- Court appearances, where necessary
