As a Candidate 180 Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing highly skilled technical professionals with our client companies. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with both candidates and clients, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in roles that align with their skills and career goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of technical professionals through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to placement.
- Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and talent pools to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
