Relationship building must be high on your priority list. Min 1-year recruitment experience required (Training will also be provided). Team orientated - Fun-loving and a good sense of humour. High Attention to detail. Job Description: Drafting of advertisements according to client specifications. Client and candidate relationship building. Searching for candidates on various search engines and matching them to the client's requirements. Telephonic screening of candidates. Generating candidate shortlist. Candidate database and record management - Complete personal portfolios with missing information/details and retrieve all relevant candidate information and documentation. Regretting candidates in a professional manner. Extensive research capabilities.
