Call Centre Learnerships at Quest Quest is looking for individuals for a call centre learnership for a fixed 12 months in Cape Town. At the end of the learnership a National Certificate will be obtained. These opportunities are ongoing but the sooner you apply the better your chances. Requirements: Credit up to R1000 Must live in Cape Town Criminal clearance Must have matric Rate: R25 p/h (training rate as well, for 2 weeks taking place in Bellville) Experience Minimum 3 months customer service experience 12 months (maximum) work experience not more than 12 months NOT within a previous call centre Not employed at time of recruitment (available immediately) NO degrees/ qualifications, unless it’s incomplete Must be between the age of 18 and 25 Must be able to work rotational shifts Computer literate Must be able to commit for 12 months To apply call 021 413 4744 or email [email protected] Apply Now
