Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets or financial services. Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and market structure. Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, Series 7) are highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
