Car Rental Agent â Johannesburg - - Sandton

We're looking for a mature and confident individual, who is able to hold their own, to join a prominent South African Car Rental Company at their Sandton Branch. You'll be responsible for managing rental bookings, overseeing confirmations, handling agreements, facilitating vehicle handovers and collections, conducting thorough damage assessments, upselling, and engaging extensively with customers. Previous experience in Car Rental is preferred, but it is essential that you can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, administrative and problem-solving skills, maintain a highly professional appearance and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Matric Certificate or Equivalent
Must have at least 2 years of Counter Sales/Internal Sales and Customer Service experience.
A Valid Drivers License and own transport.
Computer literate â Excel is essential.
Be well-groomed and presented.
Excellent command of the English Language.
Excellent interpersonal and admin skills.
Ability to work shifts.
A stable work history.
Reliable and contactable references.

This position involves shifts and weekend work (07h00 to 16h00 or 09h00 to 18h00 Monday to Friday and every 2nd weekend)
