Our client has an opportunity available for a Cards Customer Service Team Leader. Requirements: 12 months of recent tenure at the company in a Customer Service role. Understanding of the customer service environment. Understanding of systems including Vision Plus, Avaya, Alchemy and CSM- essential. Matric Leadership experience or exposure would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Agree set goals with team members covering performance, quality and development areas. Drive the achievement of targets. Manage and maintain focused and highly motivated team members. Manage Employees by ensuring continuous communication, feedback, motivation and Company Behaviours are being lived. Handle Internal and External Customer Services – compliments, complaints. Accurate Reporting. Ensure company policies and procedures are communicate to the team. Ensure that daily, monthly contact centre targets are met.
