Main purpose of the Job: To assist in ensuring the efficiency, productivity and achieving of sales budgets of the Cash & Carry Store To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria: 2 years of experience within a retail branch Computer literate (Emails, MS Word and Excel) / ERP system experience highly advantageous Fluent in English and Afrikaans Knowledge and experience: Administrative experience Customer Service experience Sales experience an advantage. Financial administrative experience an advantage Stock experience an advantage Key Responsibilities: ?Provision of excellent service to customers ?Client sales and assistance in ensuring achievement of Cash and Carry budget ?Financial/cash management ?General administration and filing (assisting with Purchase Orders, compiling of banking slips, courier slips, updating spreadsheets, scanning in documents and general filing) ?Housekeeping and maintenance ?Fill in for Supervisor as required ?Assistance with stock counts ?Assist with switchboard/reception duties ?Willingness to do overtime and Saturday work when necessary Desired Skills: Retail experience Computer Literate ERP system Fluent in English & Afrikaans Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years FMCG Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric Apply Now
