Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Cashbook Clerk to join our client's team in Cape Town. As a Cashbook Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cashbook processes and transactions. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the cashbook function Process and reconcile cash transactions Ensure accurate recording and bank reconciliation of all payments and receipts Review and analyze cash balances and variances Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Maintain accurate and organized records Adhere to financial policies and procedures Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cashbook Clerk or in a similar role Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets - Syspro Experience Experience in the Manufacturing Industry Multiple Company Exposure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Experience with cash management and bank reconciliations Benefits Training & Development Health Insurance Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move today Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
