Job Title: Casting ForemanLocation: Gauteng Hire Resolve's Client are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Casting Foreman to join their mining team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the casting operations at our mining site, ensuring that all casting activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all casting activities at the mining siteEnsure that casting operations are carried out according to company procedures and standardsMonitor and maintain casting equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performanceTrain and mentor casting team members to improve their skills and productivityDevelop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries during casting operationsCollaborate with other departments to coordinate casting schedules and ensure timely completion of projectsKeep detailed records of casting activities, including production data, equipment maintenance, and safety incidentsCommunicate regularly with management to provide updates on casting operations and make recommendations for improvements.Qualifications:Matric qualification, passed with Mathematics and Science.BEng./ BTech.
