Job Description:We are seeking a Casual Front of House Manager to join our team in the CBD, Cape Town area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanour, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires someone who can support our wait staff when needed, while fostering a strong sense of teamwork. Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.Support wait staff during busy periods and assist with any issues that may arise.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of front of house operations.Train wait staff on the go daily, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Ability to multitask efficiently, especially during peak hours.Perform cash ups at closing to ensure accurate accounting of daily transactions.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Requirements:Reside in the CBD, Cape Town area.Own a car for transportation (Uber not accepted).Willingness to go to shops during shifts for ingredients and change.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
