Job DescriptionYou could be based in either Witbank or KZN or Namibia depending upon own wishes & relevant skills & fit.
You will be responsible for:
- Quality, Health & Safety statutory and company compliance, external audit rating
- Maintenance of effective housekeeping and image on site
- Financial and budgetary targets
- Plant efficiency and availability
- Supply efficiency
- Maximise profitability on approved budgets
- Successful implementation of new projects and achievement of agreed deliverables
- Effective leadership, development and direction of human resources in the branch
- Customer centricity and sales
Relevant Tertiary Civil Qualification would be ideal
Skills- 4 - 5 years proven industry experience (asphalt) , of which at least 2 years within a management capacity
- Computer and financial literacy
