Specific Duties to Be Performed: 1. Monitor CCTV operational processes. 2. Monitor all cameras in Control Room. 3. Monitor and observe staff movement and procedural compliance. 4. Time based CCTV monitoring template to be completed by the Operator at set time intervals confirming the JD and monitoring requirements of each camera. 5. Investigate incidents via camera footage inclusive of footage backup. 6. Incident reporting and recording. 7. Start, middle and end of day reporting. 8. Ensure all equipment/ cameras in working order 9. End of day reporting. 10. Alarm Monitoring and Tracking Previous Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year OHS experience would be a huge advantage Special Requirements: PSIRA Registration, CCTV Operator Attention to detail Problem solving skills Report writing Good communication skills, fluent in English and one other official language (advantage), written and verbal Good Computer Literacy Grade 10-12 Computer Literate PSIRA Grade B
